My Chronic Fatigue And Tieredness Remedy PT-2

My chronic fatigue and tiredness is not 100% gone, but because I’m a “Never Give Up” kinda guy…  it’s now about 70% to 80% cured, and that is life changing to say the least! Keep in mind that I do not believe (meaning, I can’t swear to it), that I had “Chronic Fatigue SYNDROME”. I was simply Chronically and miserably fatigued… many call it “Extreme Tiredness“.

The second video of “My Chronic Fatigue And Tiredness” has taken way too long to get posted and for this I do apologize and hope you will forgive me. Please please please just give this Chronic Tiredness Remedy a try before giving up. Like many people, I believed that there was no hope for my tiredness therefore I did not really give anything an honest try. In hopes to keep this post as short as possible, suffice it to say that I finally did try several things, but what you are watching in this video has been the best thing that I’ve found that has worked for me so far.

I must be honest and admit that getting vitamin B-12 injections on a regular basis is something that I will likely ask about the next time I see my regular doctor, and when I do I will blog about the results. I’m in no big hurry any longer for the B-12 shots because the Multivitamins and the Super Food Supreme has done wonders for me!

If you every get around to trying this extreme tiredness remedy for your self, please come back and leave a comment and tell us how well it worked for you or even if it didn’t work at all. This will help other people. Cool?

I hope this helps someone!

My Chronic Fatigue And Tiredness Remedy Part-1

My Chronic Fatigue…Remedy Part 2 ← Click for part 2.

In this blog post I simply want to open up the discussion about how I found a great remedy for My Chronic Fatigue and Tiredness. I have been suffering from this condition for several years now, and I know many other people do as well, and I hope my story will be helpful to others.

I’ve sought help from every professional that I could get close enough to ask questions, and it got me almost no where. When I say no where, what I mean is that none of the professionals – Psychologists, Psychiatrists, Medical Doctors were able to give me any definitive remedies. I even asked my Physical Therapist as I was recovering from my hip replacement surgery.

Suffice it to say that I’ve sought help from everyone who would allow me to ask them this question concerning “MY” chronic, debilitating, life-ruining fatigue and tiredness.

Miserably Tired! – The Most Common Answers Given To Me

1: Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.

Of course I’m sure you’ve already guessed, “Chronic Fatigue Syndrome” was one the topics that came up but NOT as often as one would think. It seems that CFS is NOT believed in by many of the medical professionals, so it must be something else… I suppose :P

2: Lack Of Nutrition.

ALL of my Doctors (and I have several!) at some point in these conversations said that I may have nutritional deficiencies. You see, a few years ago I was told that If I did not change my eating and behavioral habits I would likely die of a heart attack within 5 to 7 years or so. So, I changed those habits and by accident I lost about 60+ pounds in the process. Go Figure! Who’d a thunk it? I was at 202 pounds which is a bit heavy for my small frame ( just fyi: I’m 5’-10” tall, and now weigh about 135 pounds).

Needless to say, I am very very thin now after taking my Medical Doctors’ advice on eating better. As a result, (trying to keep this short), it was suggested to me that I’m excessively tired because I’m “Obviously Somewhat Undernourished” Hmmm, I don’t know about that, but I digress.

3: Just Plain Stress.

Stress – I must say has been the most common answer that the “professionals” are giving me by far. In addition, they would add that stress depletes the body of vital nutrients such as vitamin B-12 (and others), not to mention just how devastating long term stress can be to a persons brain physiologically, and also to one’s heart and mind, meaning how one is able to deal with the problems of life in general. This would explain the “Undernourished” thing from popular answer #2. You think? So I did MY OWN intense research and found a solution that has worked like Gang Busters for me.

In Closing

This blog post has been an introductory post so to speak. I’m sure you’ve already seen the accompanying video with this post on this page. I have already created the second video, but have not uploaded it yet because I’m having too much fun editing.  ;)   Anyway, the second video explains and demonstrates in detail what I DO on a daily basis to remedy my chronic tiredness and fatigue, and that video is on it’s way soon. I promise!

So come back in a few days to see My Chronic Fatigue And Tiredness Remedy Part-2.

JULY 3rd Update: I now have the 2nd video uploaded. All I need to do now is to write the post to go with the main video and post it here.

Stop Living Paycheck to Paycheck and Avoid “I’m Broke!”

Are you sick to death of “Living Paycheck to Paycheck“, being nervous and saying “I’m Broke” every time Payday comes around? At the time that I’m writing this blog post we are a few days into March and most of my friends and family have already gotten their Tax Return Checks (and most of this years’ checks have been the biggest ever btw), only to be complaining just 2 WEEKS LATER how sick and tired they are of “Living Paycheck to Paycheck“!

Amazing New Discovery! Stop Blowing Your Money! ;)

Here’s a Guaranteed way to solve this problem that works for at least 80% of us. STOP blowing your money within days after receiving it! DANG! What part of “Don’t Spend It All In One Place” can we not seem to understand!? You know I’m talking to YOU! (ok, well, 80% chance anyway). You already know this “Principle”, in fact I’m willing to bet that you’ve even gave this same advice yourself to several other people before.

YOU Are The #1 Reason You’re Broke so Stop Playing the Blame Game!

YOU are the one who got your check and then went straight to the mall.

YOU are the one who bought that expensive ___.

YOU are the one who said to yourself, “but I deserve to have a fun time shopping for a change”.

YOU are the one who “Forgot” that the ___ bill was going to be due soon but now you’re broke due to your “Well Deserved Shopping Spree”.

I don’t mean to sound like I’m fussing at you. I have NO say so in what is important to YOU in your life. If that “well deserved shopping spree” is more important than being absolutely sure that your monthly bills are paid, then that’s ok with me. However, I just had to jump on here to tell something that I’ve noticed, which is that…

This year I’ve noticed several people including myself, have gotten the biggest income tax return check ever, only to complain within 2 weeks or less of just how sick and tired they are of struggling to pay the bills. Frankly, I don’t get it!

This is totally free advice on how to Stop Living Paycheck to Paycheck without even having to make more money than you already do, thus decreasing your stress level by leaps and bounds. This is one of those “Principles” of life that is soooo simple that people refuse to believe it, therefore take no action and by Natural Default, end up with plenty of crap to complain about!

There! I said it, and I’m out of here! (not angry just passionate,  especially if you have kids!)

Facts About Michael Jordan Failing

One of the lesser known “facts about Michael Jordan” is that he has failed more often than he has succeeded. But how can that be, since he is arguably “The Greatest” basketball player of all time? Let’s analyze this question a bit after we watch the video below, shall we?

Even the best fail a lot, a whole lot! It took me way too long to figure out that in order for me to succeed at any and all things in my life, I must first be ready and willing to take the hits of failing. It doesn’t matter how many times you fail. What matters is how many times you succeed! You Will have those “Failing Moments” so to speak.

Try to envision / consider all those times that you’ve failed to be nothing more than speed bumps in life. Sure they slow you down, but they don’t stop you, do they? Another way to envision / consider failing at something, is like a real life lesson so you’ll know what doesn’t work therefore you won’t make those same mistakes again! See? ;-)

Now that you know some of the Facts About Michael Jordan (meaning, how successful he is although he has failed more often than not), are you ready and willing to fail just like he did? (Because if you are, then you will find success sooner or later). Then start Taking Action today! If you can do this, you will be on your way to a better life.
