Focus On The Right Target!
Gary Anderson of The GanderCo Blog! Ex Truck Driver – Now a stay at home Proud Father of two. Turning new leaves to enjoy life, blogging and being an SEO NUT! There, how was that for an “About” intro?
UPDATE: Blogging and local business SEO Is The Reason you may be reading this. So let’s get to it.
In 2003 I had my first successful run at internet marketing. Skipping boring details… Later I began Blogging and YouTube video’s which is what caused me to start learning about SEO and Search marketing.
In 2008, I officially became addicted to and learning the deepest secrets of SEO! You know what they say… I eat, sleep and drink SEO. Then, in 2009 I gave my first free favor for “Local Search Marketing”. Well…
I’ve found out that local seo and search marketing for small businesses is one of my best skills! I’m now enjoying working with small to medium businesses who need their business phones to ring like it use to when more people actually used a paper phone book.
It seems to me that most Bloggers, especially “Newbie Bloggers” have a one track mind in thinking that if they can just get that “Latest and Greatest” technology, and or those “Latest Greatest” software tools that they can then manipulate Google and the search engines to rank their blogs higher than the competition. (Hint:→ The Competition?)
They miss the “FACT” that it takes the willingness and ability to understand that, what they really need is not so much “The Technology”, but rather, how to blend that technology with the Human Psychology of the type of person that is looking at their sites and blogs! Do you want to be just another crappy blogger? I know I don’t. My blog may not appear fancy, but fancy doesn’t make the phone ring, being found does.
YOU don’t have to be the best, all you have to do is to, ~Be Great And Be Different.~
This is the nut-shell version, of what “The GanderCo Blog” is about

P.S. Getting on Googles’ good side is important, it’s true. But more importantly it’s “About People”.
